40 Days to Fearlessness, Challenge #1: Turn Your Imagination Toward the Light

One thing I notice in my life is that I try to hide away from my fears. Repression them and suppression them is not a good thing.
I have to say many of biggest fears have happened and have happened more than once.

Some would make many people run in the cave and not come out. I have claimed Bankruptcy, because I had a business fail. When I had my scrapbooking store I didn’t trust myself and handed the power to someone else. In return that person betrayed me. So I thought but in fact I betrayed myself by not trusting myself and my own inner light.

I have been evicted from 3 different homes. Each time truly devastating. But I know one I wanted to happen.

Yet when it happens again, you have to sit a wonder why. Yes you didn’t pay the rent. But what I find there is something I need to do for me in all the craziness. To find me. Finding me in each situation was taking me back to a place that scared me more than anything.

That fear was surrendering to God. Surrendering to a power that I believed could take over my life and I would no longer have control over it. Maybe someone would laugh and taught me because of it. The fear was paralyzing. This idea of God. What God is and what I think he could do?

I always had this great intuition and knowingness. The Angels seem easy and beautiful and loving to me. Calling in the Goddess energy was a true delight. But God…………… What was so different in this?

When I sat and asked why am I afraid? Because I felt that I would be judged. Be judged for not being able to keep it together. Being judged because I failed. Or my belief of failure is. That God would wag his finger in my face like my dad had done and told me you can do better……. Wow what a moment that was. A moment that I got clarity of God. That I put him with my father. A father of the earthly realm who could only be earthly.

This new journey I am taking for 40 days of Fearlessness is opening me up. And bringing me back to the road home. I can’t say where that is right now. But I know I have to include this higher power called God.. I receive peace.

When I turned away even through those other beloved beings are there this one is extra special.

I feel I am getting help carry my crosses or burdens. I moving away from the darkness and into the light. He is giving me strength and joy and he is showing me how to trust in him in the face of our many trials.

Right now Steve my hubby has not been working and my business has slowed down. We are heading down a road of some big hills to climb but it feels so different this.

I have began to train my imagination to turn away from darkness and toward the light. I am making a concerted effort to make sure that when I imagine my fears playing out, I include God in those pictures. Because these things you and I and everyone fear? I won’t lie to you, some of them very well may come to pass. But if and when they do, God will be there, too, giving us all the grace and peace and strength we will need to scale the mountain that stands before us.

If you are still reading this blog I know you will continue to follow me. I know many don’t like to hear the word God but you will be hearing it a little more from me. That is where I am on the journey.

The work I do is because of the Father and The Mother, Angels, Fairies and more. all of love and light.

CHALLENGE #1

Take a moment to imagine what it would feel like if the thing you’re afraid of actually came to pass. Let yourself feel that fear. But then invite God into the picture. In what ways might he be present? What graces might he give you to help you endure the situation? And what blessings might be waiting for you on the other side of your fear? Turn your imagination toward the light, watch as the darkness begins to dissipate, and be at peace, sweet friends.

40 Days to Fearlessness

UNIVERSE-MANIFESTING

 

 

I was chatting with a friend the other day about our fears, both big and small, when she mentioned something interesting. She said that she’d noticed that it’s not the giant, scary fears that have the most serious repercussions in her life on a day-to-day basis but rather, it’s the small pebble in your shoe-variety fears that she struggles with most.

We all have our Loch Ness Monster-esque fears that occasionally rise to the surface, pull us under, and steal our breath away. We let our imaginations run wild as we panic about death and heartbreak and financial ruin, blindly accepting that all these worse case scenarios we indulge are destined to come true. We believe the lies.

Most of the time, though, it’s the less terrifying sorts of fears that hop on our shoulder and ride around with us all day. We worry about not getting enough sleep and being exhausted all the next day as we try to wrestle our little ones into bed and we wonder if we’re steering our older children down the right path. We fret about that awkward phone call we have to make as we do our grocery shopping. We agonize over that text we received from our spouse that seems just a little colder than usual. Is he upset about something? Did something happen at work? Is it me? And then we lay in bed at night, tossing and turning, worried about…well, pretty much everything.

I think sometimes we underestimate what a negative effect these pernicious little pebble fears have on our lives. We grow used to having them around and after a while it doesn’t even occur to us that their might be another way. We forget that it take energy to fret, energy that could be used to kiss round rosy cheeks, dream big dreams with our spouses, plant gardens, write books, and dance in our kitchens.

For many years, these sorts of fears ate away at me and cast a sort of muted quality upon my life as I took to staring blankly at walls, lost in my own anxious thoughts. As my friend was talking, though, it suddenly hit me that somewhere along the way, these anxieties lost their grip on me. I can honestly say that I am not often bothered by them anymore.

Which is not to say, of course, that I am never anxious or fearful, but simply that fear is no longer my constant companion. I still worry about things from time to time but I now know how to keep those fears from taking over my life.

As we enter this season of Lent ( which the time before Easter ), I want to share with you some of the lessons I’ve learned and steps I’ve taken to kick these pebble fears out of my way and off the path God, Divine, Higher Self, has laid before me. And I want to challenge you to do the same. Because, honestly, if I can overcome my fears, anyone can. I mean that very sincerely.

Identify one small fear that has been eating away at you. (As a priest once told me, when it comes to the spiritual life, it is hugely important to take baby steps.) Then, bring that fear out into the light by naming it and resolving to conquer it.

Fear wants us to feel ashamed and isolated. He whispers to us that no one is as weak or worthless as we are. Fear is a liar. The truth is that we all stumble and fall and we are all lifted up over and over again by our Divine. By sharing our struggles with one another, we will be reminded that we’re not alone.

Commit to helping someone or Praying for someone you know. Just because.

Share this challenge with anyone you think might benefit from joining us because the more people we can convince to join us, the more powerful our witness will be.

HOW TO MAKE THE UNSEEN WORLD YOUR OBSESSION

The etheric realm is where all of your juicy vibrational action happens first. Your intentions, feelings, desires and energy all hang out in this Divine holding space for you to align with them and then ALLOW life to welcome them into your world. So scrumptious.

You’re creating this magic on a moment-by-moment basis.

Your current reality (as in, right now) is a mere echo of the energy that has played out on the non-physical plane first. So it’s vital we learn how to nurture our relationship with the unseen world and make sure that the right energy is being sent there in order for it to be bounced back to us with razor-sharp accuracy.

Ask yourself the following 3 “power questions” to delve into making sure that the unseen world will release your goodies from the vibrational warehouse of awesomeness.

How can I raise my vibration?

A great way to manifest at a lightening fast pace is to ask yourself how you can raise your vibration. The higher your vibration, the more in alignment with your desires you are. Thus, you are releasing the energetic blocks that sometimes constrict the flow and stop the Law of Attraction from working her magic.

Creative ways that people raise their vibration is through meditation, doing things they love or perhaps surrounding themselves in inspiration that sparks a heart-based reaction in their souls.

Dancing, cooking, love-making, shopping, being in nature – whatever floats your boat, just do it.

#SoulNote: Check in on your energy and see how you can serve your soul by focussing on things to appreciate. This is a high-vibe activity that will shift energy like wildfire.

How can I connect to the Universe?

The concept that we are separate from others and the Universe (or God) is a big fat whopping illusion. It’s a lie to keep us small.

We are all part of the same exquisite fabric of Oneness, and we are all in this together.

When you ask yourself how you can connect to the Universe, you need to ask how you can remind yourself of the innate connection you have always had. Whether it’s through prayer, meditation, getting out into nature – it’s important that you remember that you are part of a much bigger picture and that the unseen world is more your home than the bricks and mortar that currently house you in this physical realm.

Simple meditation you can do is: Hands over your heart, right over left. Bring what you feel is your disconnection, your worry, your stress, frustration…… Then think of 3 things you are grateful for. Sit with those gratitudes. Now ask what can I do? Show me the way? In that moment you and your Universe, God are one. You are at peace and when you are at peace, joy, love you can not be disconnected

SoulNote: Your role is to remember your connection to the Universe and that your soul is infinite LOVE.

How can I imprint my sub-conscious mind?

Rituals are huge way of impacting the sub-conscious mind. Why because they are repetitive. We can do this simply or in detail. In ritual I embrace the 3 in 1, body, mind and soul. Using different elements around me, crystals, incense or essential oil diffusers, herbs, plants, or flowers. And the biggest of rituals or add in working with the subconscious is helping those who want the same thing you are wanting. You may say you can’t do this because you don’t feel you have what it takes. But you will find others who may have less than you do, less knowledge, understanding, ability in someway. When you begin to help others you begin to help your self this is a huge little ritual because in that magic you are igniting love which is within you to give. As you bring in the elements you bring in the divine to guide you on this quest.
POW The magic, awesomeness begins, because you find that you radiate even more, which gives others to radiate it more. You then find what the sub-conscious mind had written before becomes unwritten and renewed.

Abundance Ritual with Angel Gadiel

Believe it or not, money is one of the easiest things to create. I didn’t believe it for a long time. And, of course, my reality showed that belief. Once I figured out how to create money, though, I knew that it was true. Money was a snap.

This technique is designed to help you shift your resonance around money. You can do it as often as every day. And it is also designed to grow with you, and your receptivity to being abundance increases.

The Ingredients:

  • 3 white candles – any size
  • A metal or glass bowl
  • Matches or lighter
  • Two strips of paper with this written on them:
    o    Money is hard to come by— it doesn’t grow on trees.
    o    Money is easy to create—it’s as if it grows on trees.

The Process:

1.    Find some time to be alone. Play some soft music and assemble the ingredients in front of you on a table.

2.    Take a deep breath, and on your exhale let go of the day’s thoughts, feelings and concerns.

3.    Take another deep breath, and on your exhale let go of all preconceived notions of the outcome of this ritual.

4.    Take another deep breath and on your exhale remind yourself of who you are—a divine spark of consciousness from God, Goddess and everything that is.

5.    Light the first candle, and say, aloud or in your mind: “Higher Self, I invite you to join me in this ritual, to add your love, healing and energy and to add your dreams for my abundance.”

6.    Light the second candle, and say, aloud or in your mind: “My Soul, I invite you to join me in this ritual, to add your love, healing and energy and to add your dreams for my abundance.”

7.    Light the third candle, and say, aloud or in your mind: “Angel Gadiel, I invite you to join me in this ritual, to add your love, healing and energy and to help me to release and heal any negativity that may be in the way of receiving prosperity and abundance.”

8.    Close your eyes and feel the presence of your Soul, your Higher Self and the angel, Gadiel. Feel their love, their support, and their belief in you and your ability to create abundance. Spend a few minutes basking in this love. Allow any insights as to beliefs to change, actions to take, or inspiration as to your next steps, to gently filter into your consciousness.

9.    Open your eyes and hold the slip of paper that says, “Money is hard to come by— it doesn’t grow on trees.” Think about the effect this belief and others like it has had on your reality. Think about the struggle, the scarcity, the sacrifice this belief has caused.

10.    Now forgive yourself for it all. All the lack, all the fear, all the doing without, all the pain, all the worry. You did the best you could at the time. Say it, aloud or in your mind: “I forgive myself for believing I was less than powerful and abundant.”

11.    Hold the paper over the bowl and burn it, allowing all of the negativity, constriction and old patterns to be released.

12.    Pick up the slip of paper that says, “Money is easy to create—it’s as if it grows on trees.” And read it aloud or in your mind.

13.    Imagine the change in your world, if you allowed this new belief to take hold in your subconscious mind. Think about how your life would be different if you never, ever had to worry about money for as long as you live.

14.    Close your eyes, and imagine yourself in a beautiful, serene place in nature, sitting under a huge deciduous tree. Allow the tree’s leaves to sway in the wind. Feel the gentle breeze upon your face. You realize this is your private place. Maybe it’s your yard, or a secret tree no one knows about but you.

Then you decide to lie down underneath this beautiful tree. It’s a warm summer day and the grass is soft and cool beneath your body. It feels wonderful to lie beneath this magnificent tree.

You don’t know how or when, but you drift off to sleep. And when you awaken you look up into the tree. And what you see astonishes you.

A dollar bill is falling from the tree!

You have no idea where exactly it is falling from, but it falls, slowly drifting down before your very eyes, and lands at your feet.

You pick up the dollar. You turn it over and inspect it. You wonder if you are dreaming, and you realize you are not. And you thank your unseen friends for assisting you in bringing this abundance to you in this most fun and unexpected way.

And then it hits you. If you can create ONE dollar bill falling out of a tree, you can create a HUNDRED dollar bills falling out of a tree. And sure enough, just as you finish that thought, another bill floats down as if from heaven.

And another and another and soon you are in a gentle rain of abundance. Stay here for a while. Play in the money. Gather it. Think about what you will do with it.

And when you are ready, open your eyes.

15.    Watch for signs in your world that you abundance is shifting. When you see a sign of $1 or more, then next time you do this ritual, $5 bills will fall. And then look for signs of a bigger nature, and the next time, $10 bills, then $20 and then $100.

16.    As always, change any beliefs that crop up as a result of thinking about and focusing on money.

Attracting your needs

 

It has taken me awhile to figure out money is energy. That it is okay to like money. Growing up we seem to have enough. I couldn’t really tell you because it was a taboo subject. You would think that seeing angels or reading tea leaves would be taboo.,. LOL Nope money. It was the one thing that was untouchable.

Which made me very horrible handler when it comes to money. When someone would ask me for money ~ someone meaning~ Hubby, kids other people. I would just Cringe inside. This is a huge part of my internal core that I am releasing and as I do brings up other attachments.

Now I have done mantra’s for 40 days, 80 days, 300 days. actually. I have done spells to attract money. Done burning ceremonies and have gone sweats and visions quests. Each of this has transformed me in ways spiritual that are totally awesome. They have bought me to know me. They have taught me how to listen and be at peace. The biggest lesson is…… It is all with in me. What the world can do for me is support me. Gaia the greatest Goddess of Abundance gives and then gives again. She shares all she has with us. Nourishing our bodies. Everything else is inside of us. We can get so caught up in doing and being something or someone else. When all we have to is Believe.

Affirmations are a huge way of making a belief with in us. Examples I am not good enough, I will never earn enough money. That is my last $20.

As you read this you say that is fucked up. Those are so silly. But they are a belief that we all have in some way, form and action we do each day to our selves. Crazy right. Adopting new affirmations is what is needed. But it needs to be done everyday.

The Law of Attraction

 

What we believe we attract. What we say to ourselves we attract. The image is there and the feeling is there.

If your attitude about money, success, prosperity & abundance in general—is that you’re lacking, that’s exactly what you’re going to have coming:

not enough!

POOF! It is not.

One of the best things you can is to take a good step back & look at all the wonderful, scrumptious things that are happening in your life that you CAN be grateful for. It doesn’t have to be something monumental—though those things count, too!—it can be something so small that you might not even realize you’re grateful for it until you examine it a little more closely. And it’s one of the best feelings to realize that, while your life might not be exactly how you envision it, that there are plenty of things happening that you can, in fact, be super-grateful for. You might be far more prosperous & successful than you realize!

That means you have to be open to receive. You have to be open to planting the seed and trusting Gaia is supplying the rest.

YOU CAN’T SEE THE STARS WITHOUT THE DARKNESS: ON CONFLICT RESOLUTION AND SELF COMPASSION, MAGIC IS THERE.

Are you a people pleaser? Do you try and make everything balanced and harmonious for everyone in your life? Conflict perhaps terrifies you and you assume the role that it’s your job to shift the energy, emotionally lighten the load and make everything peachy keen rosy again?

Well it’s not your job. And if you do feel this way, it can create a life-long pattern that leaves you feeling powerless and emotionally drained. You will manifest all sorts of obstacles that block your flow of abundance and well-being. However, once you recognize the pattern, and you can release yourself from this burden, then the beauty of life starts to take a turn in a different direction for you to embrace.

The seeming mess, chaos and darkness that you experience in life isn’t an opportunity to be frightened. It’s a calling from your soul to rise up with bravery and face your feelings. Dive in deep – this helps to create profound levels of personal transformation and self-awareness.

Ever since I was a child I would feel responsible for the way that others would feel. I grew up in a home that had a lot of love, but a lot of emotional drama. It was a crap-load of dysfunction actually, but I wouldn’t change my childhood even if I could. My parents would argue almost daily. If they weren’t arguing they seemed to be so emotionally disconnected from one another.

This seeded a very deep belief in my soul…

WHEN EMOTIONAL SHIT HITS THE FAN, I NEED TO GET IT RESOLVED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE IT FEELS SCARY AND I FEEL UNLOVED. I WOULDN’T ALLOW SPACE TO HEAL. INSTEAD I WOULD PLACE AN URGENCY ON RESOLUTION AS A SELF-SETTLING MECHANISM THAT MEANT THAT I SACRIFICED MY OWN NEEDS.

I don’t think I ever really understood that it’s okay to have a time-out, to go to your separate corners and incubate your feelings back to a space of love.

In relationships I would bully the situation, I would force it, push it, demand that my needs get met in that moment without any form of compassion that the other person has their own way of coping.

Now, at 52 years old, after going to seminars, working with people like Bryon Katie, sessions with light workers and the generous wisdom offered by beautiful mentors, I have slowly begun to understand that space and time (and allowing for space) is the fundamental healing property for all conflict resolution.

Me – just like everyone in this entire Universe – is an ongoing work-in-progress. I slip up from time to time and lapse back into old patterns, but I am committed to cultivating the awareness that there always has to be a better way and that LOVE fixes almost everything.

WE ALL HAVE OUR OWN SHITTY DEMONS TO DEAL WITH AND IT’S ALL PERFECTLY OKAY AND FINE TO BE A ‘HOT MESS’ FOR THE TIME REQUIRED TO STEP BACK INTO MAGNIFICENCE AGAIN.

YOU MUST GIVE YOURSELF PERMISSION TO PROCESS YOUR FEELINGS IN A SITUATION OF DISCORD BEFORE YOU PROCEED ONTO FORGIVENESS. THIS IS HEALTHY. THIS MEANS ALLOWING THE OTHER PARTY SPACE.

 

This means loving yourself enough to get some space to push the reset button.

Otherwise you’re sweeping everything under the rug, you’re sugar-coating a turd and you’re building a house on sand.

Get super-vulnerable with yourself. Seek your own safety from within and allow the darkness the space it needs in order to make those inner stars twinkle again. xo

Spread the Love, Spread the Cheer

Anyone can meet negative with negative. But you? You Can do more. You can be the light. You can let the Love flood.

Right now outside is -26C, somewhere in the world I know it must be +26C. It warms me to know it can be warm somewhere. I Love the heat, in all areas including within my soul. When I feel stuck within me. The fear is creeping in I go and sit and chat with my Angels.

So I tell them of the latest calamities and I hear them say:

You must not let these outside energies dictate you.

You must create instead of react.

What energy do you want your life to have? Your family? Your business?

Decide on that, then live from the center of that energy.

These are words I have said to my clients and to myself often.

Create instead of react.

It feels good to come home, here to the center of my being.

Outside, the world is swirling.

Here, all is calm. Here, all is good. From here, miracles can be created.

Cultivating the ability to listen to our inner wisdom, our heart, our soul, our intuition is perhaps the most important skill we will ever learn.

If you simply traded all the time you spend defending why you can’t have the life you desire and instead took up the practice of genuinely listening, your whole life would change.

And when you know how to listen to your own wisdom, you then have the ability to genuinely listen to others, instead of waiting for your turn to talk.

Listening is the fastest path to success.

Water is my happy place and helps me hear the whispers of my intuition even louder.

If you know what guidance from your intuition feels like, you’re good to go! But if you’re unsure about what information comes from your intuition and what information comes from your subconscious brain, read on…

Information from your intuition comes from your Truth Center.

How to identify your Truth Center:

1. Take a deep breath, then say this statement (or any statement you know to be false): Healthy grass is orange. You know this is not true.

2. Immediately notice where your body feels uncomfortable when you make this statement – don’t analyze it, just notice it.

3. Now take another deep breath and say this statement (or any statement you know to be true): Healthy grass is green. You know this is true.

4. Immediately notice where your body feels in agreement/warm fuzzy. This is the same place you felt uncomfortable when you made the false statement.

This is your Truth Center.

This is where your intuition speaks to you – through sensations in that part of your body that felt uncomfortable when you made the statement: Healthy grass is orange.
When you’re faced with an experience that causes the uncomfortable sensation in that part of your body, this is your sign that your intuition is trying to tell you, “this isn’t right – stop – take a closer look,” or “don’t do that – this isn’t a good decision for you.”

This week set your intention to ‘be aware’ of what your intuition tells you and follow the guidance!

When Things Get Harder it’s Just Getting Better

We are apart of this world. Mother nature, the planets, the wind, the sea and all around us are apart harderof us and we as humans are usually feeling we are not. But then disaster hits. Fire, hurricane, tornado, floods you name she shows us we need to respect that what is around us. If we are unable to respect ourselves or our neighbours how can we respect the very earth below our feet. That is what this cry around the world is saying. The planets are showing us with retrograde. Slowing down so we can see clearer.

Step into this new cycle of life fully aligned with your Spirit. Mother Nature is calling us to be her stewards and her envoys in the world. We represent Her needs, which are our truest needs.

We don’t need more things. Especially if we are manufacturing it and adding more damage to our world. We are at a point in our world where things feel oh so hard. This is so we can dig deep within our soul to allow for our light to shine bright.

You have a choice about how you’ll create this new life story. Allow Magic in!
Embodiment, Sensuality and Manifestation. It’s about being here on earth in a body- enjoying it AND at the same time staying aligned with the path of integrity, spiritual maturity, mastery.

We are being called to know when to rise above and know when to drop down below. Too much of either keeps us stuck in shadow and light without finding the balance and wholeness we are searching for.

This is a month of navigating the heights and the depths– theecstasy and the agony- all from a centered space as though we are the center of the wheel and not the spokes in constant motion.

We are being given the opportunity to truly understand that this is all the lila (the Divine Play of life) and that we cannot integrate it all until we have experienced and embodied it all-LIGHT AND SHADOW…”

Ram Das says ‘be here now’ and this New Moon/month is all about being here now– through it all. Through the ups and downs, ins and outs, good and bad, light and shadow.

The good news is that the downs, outs, bad and shadow are definitely less present this month than in the last two- almost like the Universe giving us a little reprieve and reward for allthe hard work done in recent months.

When you are learning how to surf bigger waves the moment you master a particular level it’s time to up level and move to something more difficult. This month is like a sacred pause- in between big lessons and the next wave coming in.

This will give us an opportunity to bring our earth energy into balance that our bodies desperately need with so much energy running through us.
